Very reassuring place to be treated. Great staff, well run operation (all puns intended!), good food. I have had two knee operations and major back surgery there: first rate each time (2004, 2005, 2013).
From the moment I arrived I was treated with the utmost professionalism and care. From the reception staff, the nurse who gave me an introduction to what would happen, the nurse who accompanied me to the pre-surgery unit, the anaesthetist and his assistants, the doctor performing the procedure, the post-operative nurses, the physiotherapist,etc..All were professional and kind--what more could you askl?
as mentioned under Jonathan Bell, would recommend that payment for medication to take home is included directly to the bill to the health insurance companies as it saves the haslle to follow up
Everyone, from nurses to receptionists, exuded warmth and kindness.
As much as can be it was a pleasant experience
The care and treatment I received at Parkside Hospital was of the highest order. The staff treated me with respect and good humour during my one-night stay. Should I ever need a similar procedure (arthroscopy - knee), I would wish to be treated at Parkside. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in the SW London and Surrey area.
As answered in the questions above I received care, understanding and courtesy by all the staff who were involved in my treatment.
I was very happy and impressed with the Wimbledon Clinic.
It's a great hospital. :)
A thank you is in order for the care I received.
